Be good to yoursel

Suicidal Thoughts and Acts

Sometimes people think about hurting themselves and being dead. This is a sign that the depression is too big to handle alone. It's important to tell someone who can assist you in getting professional help. If you know someone who you think might be suicidal don't be afraid to ask them. If someone has tried to hurt themselves - take it seriously and get professional help immediately.
