Youthline Manukau

Operating since 1994, Manukau Youthline has a dedicated and committed group of 70 volunteers, most of whom are trained and professional phone counsellors. In addition to the Youth Help Line, Youthline Manukau runs personal development programmes for the community, training programmes for volunteers who wish to be involved on the telephones or through email and texting communication, youth work seminars, face to face counselling services, youth development programmes and youth health seminars in schools, as well as networking with other community and sector groups. We also hold our community building Marae Hui in the City. We have recently aquired a new base which is under development. Youthline North Shore

Youthline North Shore has 100 volunteers involved in the Youth Help Line, youth development programmes and youth health seminars in schools, face to face counselling, training and personal development programmes, and networking to provide input into youth-friendly policy development for the city.

Youthline Waitakere

Youthline Waitakere is our newest centre. Currently we hold personal development programmes for the community, leadership programmes for young people in Massey and Henderson, training programmes for the Youth Help Line, youth development programmes and youth health seminars in schools, and our Senior Development Weekend.

Youthline Ponsonby

Youthline Ponsonby houses approximately sixty full time Youthline staff (including our Youth Transition Services team) and is home to hundreds of volunteers.

Room Hireage

Youthline House in Ponsonby has rooms that can be hired by individuals or community groups over a short or long term period for very reasonable prices. We also have a number of facilities available to those who rent rooms including a kitchen, audio visual equipment and a Whanau room. Rooms range from small counselling rooms to larger group rooms and a board room. Click  here for a list of prices on these room.

Print Shop

Youthline House in Ponsonby also has a print shop that is open to the public. Visitors can get their printing, copying and binding done in house at competitive rates.

Catering

We offer a catering service with different menus to suit your needs. We also have an on-site deli where fresh food and coffee is served daily.
