Standing Tall
A Programme for young women to find their own POWER.

Are you 13-17 years old, and want to feel good about yourself, relate well to others, explore the big issues facing young women in Aotearoa, make new friends, and have a heap of fun?

We’ll use art, action methods, games, camps, lots of talking and listening, and role plays to build, empower and grow into ourselves.

Unity
If you are a young man aged 13 - 17, then this course is for you…

You will learn how to handle stress and anger, build self-worth and life skills, practise relating and communicating, and develop strategies to make positive changes and choices in your life.

Come along, meet other young people, experience and learn about stuff that will inspire and help you in your life - and you’ll have fun along the way!

Youthline also runs a series of seminars in schools, which are organised into four categories, Body Talk, Tough Talk, ID Talk and Youthline Talk. These are  only available in Auckland.
