Youthline receives more than 100,000 calls a year however, is so much more than a help line. Youthline also offers several online services through their website, www.youthline.co.nz, and their youth information site, www.urge.co.nz in conjunction with running an abundance of events incorporating information workshops and community programmes.
“We are excited to be in partnership with Jeanswest. As a youth organisation it is important that Youthline is where young people are and this is a great opportunity for us to let more young people know that we are here to provide support and leadership opportunities” says Stephen Bell, National Spokesperson for Youthline.
The new Jeanswest partnership with Youthline will be a two-pronged approach. Firstly, the Jeanswest store network will be instrumental in helping to raise further awareness of their work. Secondly, we will help to raise much needed funds through our fundraising merchandise to ensure they’re able to continue and expand their worthwhile support networks.
Funky new Youthline dog tags have been designed exclusively and are now available at all Jeanswest stores across New Zealand for $4.90. Proceeds from every sale will be donated directly back to Youthline.
Helping to make a real difference to a young person’s future is now not only satisfying, it’s also fashionable! Get involved and help Jeanswest to help Youthline continue their essential services.
