Youthline Auckland Organisational Overview

The Strategic Review Committee members are primarily responsible for assisting the Youthline Auckland Director and the Board in the development, measurement and review of the strategic objectives of the Trust.


The Strategic Review Committee carry out the following tasks:

Provide feedback on the Strategic Plan developed by the Board.


Assist in the development of the key strategic objectives of the Trust in the fulfillment of its aims, through the preparation of recommendations to the Board.


Provide a forum for the discussion of any issues relating to the Trust, which have an impact on the goals and objectives set out in the Strategic Plan.


Consider any other general business.
